Scheduling SRP Appointments

4346 should only be scheduled for one hour. This does not need to be SRP color.

All 4 quads of localized SRP (4342) can be scheduled in 2 hours. This must be SRP color.

Only 2 quads of 4341 can be scheduled in 2 hours.  This must be SRP color.

2 quads of mixed SRP (4342and 4341) can be scheduled for 2 hours. This must beSRP color.

If a patient is adamant on doing Full Mouth SRP in ONE appointment 4 quads can be scheduled for 3 hours.  This must be SRP color.

If a hygienist audits and decides to shorten the SRP time, that is fine.  They will be placing an appointment note.

If an SRP that has been shortened is cancelled and rescheduled with a DIFFERENT hygienist, it needs to be rescheduled for 2 hours.  The next hygienist should decide if that appointment needs to be shortened or not.

If a patient calls to cancel/reschedule SRP within 1 week of that appointment, please make sure you delete the SRP block.
