Start by creating the lab Rx. Be Sure to include the correct provider and write and special instructions in the sheet. Of course also make sure you select specialty appliances as the lab.
Then press new slip.
Select the appropriate appliance determinations as well as put in the date you need it back.
The doctor must sign in the box at the bottom.
Click “Print/Email”
Click yes to the email and send it off! Boom you’re done!
