Importing CBCT Into DTX Implant (Planning Software)

  1. 1.  Start DTX Implant
  2. Click New in the top left corner
  3. Create New Treatment Plan
  4. Import Dicom folder
  5. In the address bar type – \\DCSERV
  6. Double click Dexis Imaging Suite > Data > Volumes
  7. Double clock the folder of your pt ID number. This number can be found in open dental by double clicking their name in the family tab, or at the top bar when opening the patient in dexis.
  8. Double-click the folder of the appropriate date for the scan.
  9. Click select folder.

Importing the itero scan is also easy.

  1. Go to myitero.com login and find the patient.
  2. Click export
  3. Open the zip file and find the appropriate arch. Upper will be their number “_u” lower being their number and “_l”
  4. Drag this to the desktop
  5. Inside DTX Implant under prosthetic click “dental scan”
  6. Import your scan and follow the instructions to merge them together.
