Writeoff Protocol

Otherwise noted in Open Dental, If a patient is over max or no pay due to frequency like a cleaning we give the negotiated rate as it is a part of our contract.

If a service is NOT a covered benefit (such as veneers, implants in some cases, etc) we do not give a write off per our contract.
