Brand Guidlines

0

Our social media pages are geared towards the patients of Keith & Associates. Our focus is to be informative/helpful, because most of the audience that we are conveying our messages to are unfamiliar with the dental space. We want to show how our services can provide added value to our patients’ (or perspective patients’) lives, and encourage people to come into our office. We encourage each one of our team members to share on social media, but we want to make sure that we are all on the same page when it comes to talking about our brand.

Some examples of post ideas that align with our guidelines are:

  • Educational Videos
  • How to schedule an appointment
  • The services that are offered
  • Visit our blog/blog of the day
  • Performing a procedure on a client (*NOTE: NO blood, drilling, extractions)
  • Product recommendations
  • Office Photos
  • Large windows, TV, massage chairs, modern aesthetic
  • Visual appeal/high touch points (what sets us apart from our competitors)
  • Team Highlights/Meet & Greets
  • Short videos introducing yourself
  • Photo with a bio in the caption
  • Favorite dental product
  • Day in the life of a dentist segment?/follow a dentist around for the day
  • Patient Testimonials
  • Reviews
  • Short Videos
  • Photo of patient and caption with a quote
  • *NOTE: Please make sure that if you are showing a patient’s face or if there are any means of identifying patient, we need to have a digital signed copy of a consent form for them. Your assistant can notify the marketing person on-site and they will be right in to help patient understand how we will use their picture/testimonial
  • Before and After Images
  • Cosmetic Cases
  • *NOTE: Add watermark + doctor’s name (to protect our capital)
  • *NOTE: NO blood, red swollen gums, patient bibs, dental equipment/tools (check retractors on veneer cases, retractors okay for whitening), smeared makeup, temporary teeth, photos showing visible bone loss on back teeth that we didn’t work on (need to take into account the overall picture)
  • Insurance information (Delta, K-Club, etc.)
  • Modern technology (iTero, Cerec, laser, etc.)
  • Current offers and specials
  • Referral program
  • Education classes
  • Team building

All clinical pictures must meet the following guidelines:

  • Demonstrate infection control techniques
  • Masks where appropriate – everyone seen in the picture
  • GLOVES
  • Everyone in the picture must be doing the job to 110%.  (e.g. if an assistant is in the picture, they need to be doing their job – actively assisting. Not just sitting)

When speaking about the brand or posting on social media, we want to speak in a tone that is:

  • Warm and inviting (there is a negative stigma around the dental space being scary/painful – we want to break those stigmas)
  • Fun and lighthearted (attributes to our family-friendly environment)
  • Refrain from sharing content that only appeals to other dentists (this is more of an opportunity for LinkedIn)

All of the above align with our brand guidelines, and would be acceptable to post on your own page. Please tag us so we can reshare it!
