Back to: Things Everyone Should Know
Email is a great way to communicate with our referral partners, patients, and anyone who engages with the dental office. Â Some basic expectations for communicating via email:
Use complete sentences and do not use text language (LOL, BC, RE, ETC)
Be polite and courteous – remember you are creating a written record that patients will reference time and time again.Â
Be as accurate as possible. Â Make sure you double check when communicating about patient’s clinical questions that you are delivering accurate information.
Do not use all caps – in written form this is perceived as yelling.
