Uniforms and Scrubs

Here are the expectations of office for appearance and uniforms:
1. K&A scrubs are required Monday – Friday. K&A t-shirts can also be worn Monday – Friday as opposed to a scrub top. Anything outside of scrubs/K&A t-shirts are only to be worn when instructed differently by the leadership team.
2. Black jackets will be supplied with Keith & Associates logo on them and no other jacket is to be worn. Jackets are optional.
3. Scrubs are to be clean and not wrinkled
4. Hair is to be pulled back
5. You may not have the smell of smoke on your clothes (it is against our policy to smoke in uniform) – we are healthcare providers…we have to practice what we preach!
7. Natural hair color.
8. Overall, a clean and professional look is the standard of our office.
• Uniforms will be replaced every 2 years for full time employees, this includes 4 pair of scrub pants black, & 3 K & A t-shirts at new hire day. Then a new t-shirt will be supplied quarterly to each employee.
-Up to 4 pair of scrub pants will be supplied by the office
• New hires as of August 2023, you will be able to go through the swag room.
If employees choose to purchase their own scrub pants, they will be reimbursed up to the cost of the set selected and paid for by the office. Receipts must be submitted for approval before employee will be reimbursed. Reimbursement will be within 1 week of submitting scrubs. Current reimbursement is maximum of $150.
