Dental benefits – The Perks of working in a dental office!!

In-Office procedures that are covered at 100%.

Procedures included at 100%:

-Cleanings -Scaling and Root Planing -X-Rays for emergencies -Fillings -In-House Crowns -Extractions

2. For all other procedures – services will be provided at the cost of the office. Price will be clearly stated, and payment plan will be agreed upon prior to treatment being executed. These prices are updated regularly in Open Dental and are at a significant discount to our normal prices. You can find the costs by click on the employee fee scheduled in OD, or seeing a manager for help.

3. You will need to be off the clock while you are in-chair during procedures.

4. You are eligible for dental benefits after 30 days of employment.

5. All treatment must be cleared with leadership before treatment begins. Leadership will set up payment plan. Typically no longer than 3 months. DO NOT GO TO FRONT DESK FOR THESE PAYMENT PLANS.

6. If employment is terminated for any reason, all outstanding balances will be taken out of your last paycheck. If the balance is larger than the paycheck, you will be sent a bill. If the bill is not paid in a timely fashion, you will be sent to collections.

7. If employees give 2 weeks’ notice, policy is no longer effective. Employee will be responsible for the balance of the cost of treatment and shall make arrangements for payment prior to starting treatment/cleaning.

8. Missed Free Appointments – 1st time, you/dependents/family member will only be able to schedule day of work that needs to be done. 2nd time an appointment, you/dependent/family member will lose the opportunity for this benefit.

Dental Benefit for Dependents/Family Members by role:

Hygiene:

You may treat your spouse/partner, dependents up the age of 26, and immediate family members (mom/dad/siblings) for cleanings. These people are also eligible for dental work at the office rates below.
You must work on them during your off-time.
Appointments must be approved by Clinical Manager to help balance the checking doctor’s loads.
All paperwork, consents, etc must be followed per office guidelines

Assistants/Admin:

You may have your spouse/partner and dependents up to the age of 26 receive cleanings and dental work in the office per rates below.
You do not have to clock-out during your family’s treatment
They may schedule during office hours

Doctors:

May have as many family members, spouse/partner, and dependents as necessary
They can treat their pro bono people during working hours if needed
If someone is receiving a “Professional Discount”, the doctor has the ability to treat them outside of working hours
Doctors may also offer one-off discounts for development of skills, must be approved by Dr. Bill or Dr. Jonathan.

All paperwork, consents, forms, and etc. must be followed per office guidelines

Cost Of Family Treatment

Cleanings – plus Flouride and Cervitec Scaling and Root Planing X-Rays for emergencies Fillings In-House Crowns Extractions

For anyone else that you want to encourage to come to our office may offer them the K Club single member at a 20% discounted rate for the Membership for 1 year. No activation fee

If employment is ended, then you are responsible for all balances.
